Implementación del concentrador gravimétrico-centrífugo iCon a planta de cianuración aurífera

Abstract

En el presente informe se evalúa la implementación de un concentrador gravimétrico centrífugo icon i350 a una Planta de Cianuración Aurífera. En una primera etapa se evaluaron las recuperaciones a nivel laboratorio con muy buenos resultados, por lo que se procedió a realizar las pruebas en el Circuito de Molienda de la Planta de Beneficio por cianuración directa. Se realizaron pruebas a nivel laboratorio con un equipo Falcon, modelo L40, para diferentes minerales de óxido, minerales de sulfuro, el blending de planta de ley de 1.488 Oz/TC, otro blending de 0.506 Oz/TC, y del alimento al hidrociclón lográndose recuperaciones de 74.63%, 67.28%, 94.08%, 93.68% y 27.4% respectivamente. Con la implementación del equipo de concentración gravimétrica centrifuga icon i350 a la planta de cianuración, se logró recuperar por gravimetría hasta el 6 % de la producción total de la Planta. No se logró las recuperaciones obtenidas a nivel laboratorio, pero si se logró aumentar la recuperación total de 93% a 94%. Se realizaron pruebas en diferentes ubicaciones del circuito de cianuración de molienda – clasificación, observándose mejores resultados en la descarga del primer molino.
