Centro Cultural de la ciudad de Trujillo

Abstract

La ciudad de Trujillo posee un centro histórico, que es la parte más importante, donde inicia su expansión y el flujo turístico hacia todo el departamento, es el punto de partida del ámbito cultural y al no encontrarse en un buen estado de conservación, necesita salvaguardarse y revalorizarse, siendo punto de partida de la difusión cultural trujillana, aportando así al mejoramiento de la ciudad y reforzándolo como un polo cultural del país. El Centro Cultural acoplará y fortalecerá los principales centros de difusión artística, desarrollándose así una política de gestión cultural efectiva, con el propósito de dar una adecuada prestación de servicios culturales y artísticos, preservando, enriqueciendo, difundiendo el arte, permitiendo así un mayor desarrollo cultural de la ciudad. El proyecto al ubicarse en el centro histórico, frente a la Plazuela del Recreo, le dará una revalorización, aprovechando así el dinamismo del eje comercial y peatonal del Jr. Pizarro, que une la Plazuela con la Plaza de Armas de la ciudad. Cabe mencionar que La plazuela un espacio público poco resaltado en el que se desarrollan usos recreacionales y existe equipamiento deportivo como el coliseo Inca, que ahora acompañado del Centro Cultural, ayudará a que el Centro Histórico predomine como punto de partida de la Cultura Trujillana.

The project, located in the historic center, in front of Plazuela del Recreo, will give it a boost, taking advantage of the dynamism of the commercial and pedestrian axis of Jr. Pizarro, which links Plazuela with the Plaza de Armas. It is worth mentioning that La Plazuela is an unpublished public space in which recreational uses are developed and sports equipment such as the Inca Coliseum, now accompanied by the Cultural Center, will help the Historic Center to predominate as a starting point for the Trujillana Culture.
