Hotel Cuatro Estrellas en Chiclayo

Abstract

La ciudad de Chiclayo presenta uno de los mayores crecimientos económicos de nuestro país; su ubicación estratégica en el norte peruano la ha establecido como su principal polo de desarrollo. Por otro lado, se constituye también en el destino principal del segundo corredor turístico peruano. Estudios realizados por el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo señala que existe una demanda creciente de servicios de hospedaje en esta ciudad; por lo cual existe una gran oportunidad de inversión para desarrollar el proyecto “Hotel 4 Estrellas –Chiclayo”. La propuesta arquitectónica es un hotel que responde al proyecto de renovación urbana planteado para el centro de Chiclayo y consta de tres volúmenes claramente diferenciados pero que al mismo tiempo interactúan con la ciudad y entre sí. En los primeros niveles desarrollan actividades comerciales y en la torre establecida se desarrollan las zonas privadas. El presente documento contiene el desarrollo, diseño del programa y la propuesta arquitectónica; así como también las reseñas de las especialidades técnicas las cuales se realizaron en concordancia con el diseño planteado.

The city of Chiclayo presents one of the biggest economic growths of our country; Its strategic location in north of Peru has established as its main pole of development. On the other hand, is also the main destination of the second Peruvian tourist corridor. Studies carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism It points out that there is a growing demand of hosting service in this city; for this reason there is a great investment opportunity to develop the project "Hotel 4 Estrellas -Chiclayo". The architectural proposal is a hotel that responds to the urban renewal project proposed for the center of Chiclayo and consists of three volumes clearly differentiated but at the same time interacts with the city and with each other. In the first levels develop commercial activities and in the main tower are located the private zones. This document contains the development, design of the program and the architectural proposal; as well as the reviews of the technical specialties which were made in accordance with the design proposed.
