Centro comercial Limoncillo en el Rímac

Abstract

Este documento presenta el desarrollo del centro comercial Limoncillo que surge a partir de la renovación urbana propuesta ante el impacto que tendrá la construcción de los túneles que unirán los distritos del Rímac y San Juan de Lurigancho. El proyecto comienza con el interés de ser una propuesta que se integre a su entorno, mejorando la permeabilidad a la zona monumental y contribuir al desarrollo comercial y turístico del distrito. La presente tesis contiene el análisis realizado, la propuesta urbana, el desarrollo de la especialidad de Arquitectura complementado por las memorias de especialidades técnicas

This document presents the development of the Limoncillo Mall that arises from the Urban Renewal Proposal to the impact that we can deduce of the construction of tunnels that will connect the districts of Rimac and San Juan de Lurigancho. The project begins with the interest of being a proposal that the environment is integrated, improving the permeability to the historic area and contribute to the commercial and tourist development of the district. The present thesis contains the analysis performed, the urban proposal, and the development of the specialty of architecture complemented with the technical specialties memoirs.
