Hotel 5 estrellas y oficinas en el Cercado de Lima

Abstract

Se propone la implementación de un HOTEL 5 ESTRELLAS Y OFICINAS EN EL CERCADO DE LIMA, la propuesta ayudara a la renovación del Centro Histórico buscando impulsar un flujo mayor de comercio y turismo alrededor del Paseo de los Héroes Navales ,que junto a los demás proyectos que se están ejecutando ayude a poner al Cercado de Lima al nivel de los grandes centros históricos del mundo, uno de los principales problemas que encontramos en la zona es que existe un déficit de infraestructura adecuada para cubrir la demanda comercial y turística, esto a pesar de contar con la proximidad de la Estación Central del Metropolitano que conecta la zona con gran parte de la ciudad ,además de encontrar muchos edificios pequeños o casonas antiguas que son usadas para el comercio informal e ilegal, por lo que el proyecto busca aportar un edificio nuevo, moderno y en armonía con los edificios representativos históricos que lo rodean.

Implementing a 5 STAR HOTEL AND OFFICE IN FENCING LIMA is proposed, the proposal will help the renovation of the Historic Center looking to promote a greater flow of trade and tourism around the Paseo de los Héroes Navales, who along with other projects are running help put the Cercado de Lima at the level of the great historic centers of the world, one of the main problems found in the area is that there is a lack of adequate infrastructure for trade and tourism demand, this despite have near the Central Station Metropolitan connecting the area with much of the city, in addition to finding many small buildings and old houses that were used for the informal and illegal trade, so that the project seeks to provide a new building modern and in keeping with the historic landmark buildings that surround it.
