Centro cultural San Bartolo

Abstract

El proyecto Centro Cultural San Bartolo, se ubica en el distrito de San Bartolo, popular balneario al sur de Lima. El área del terreno, en donde se desarrolla el proyecto, es de 3,567.50 m2, existen tres calles que contienen al terreno, es así que se tiene en dos de sus calles ingresos peatonales, y en una sola el ingreso vehicular, este proyecto tiene como finalidad invitar al recorrido captando al peatón dentro del recinto, de esta manera se tiene los volúmenes ubicados de tal manera que nos crean calles interiores dentro del proyecto, en donde se realizan las diversas actividades de concepto cultural, con la finalidad de crear espacios permeables e integradores con su entorno.

The Cultural Center San Bartolo project, is located in the district of San Bartolo, popular resort south of Lima. The land area where the project is developed, is 3,567.50 m2, three streets containing the field, so you have two of its revenues streets pedestrian and vehicular entry one, this project is invite purpose capturing the pedestrian path within the enclosure, so you have the volumes located so we create interior streets within the project, in which the various activities performed cultural concept, in order to create spaces and permeable integrators with their environment.
