Hotel 5 estrellas en San Isidro

Abstract

El Perú lleva más de 10 años de crecimiento económico constante, posicionándose como uno de los países de mayor crecimiento a nivel sudamericano. La estabilidad económica y política, aunada a las grandes riquezas naturales, gastronómicas y culturales que goza nuestro país son factores predominantes para considerarlo como uno de los mejores destinos turísticos a nivel mundial. Siendo esto una realidad es importante y necesaria el desarrollo de infraestructura para recibir y atender las necesidades de los turistas, por ello esta tesis contempla el desarrollo de un hotel 5 estrellas que es parte de un complejo arquitectónico considerado comercio metropolitano. La ubicación de este complejo se sitúa en el distrito de San Isidro - Lima, ya que es uno de los distritos con mayor crecimiento económico y por ende cuenta con buena infraestructura que permite un servicio de alto nivel. El complejo arquitectónico consta de un centro comercial, un edificio de oficinas y un hotel 5 estrellas, todos compartiendo un área importante de jardín ubicado en la azotea del centro comercial. El centro comercial viene provisto de una tienda por departamentos y galerías comerciales; la red de oficinas, cuenta con tiendas, cafetería y gimnasio y el hotel 5 estrellas con todos los servicios que requiere un hotel de la más alta categoría. El objetivo de esta tesis no es resolver la enorme necesidad de infraestructura que requiere 1estra capital, puesto que es un tema bastante complejo que se debe resolver a nivel metropolitano, pero sí contribuir, en cierta medida, con un mejor servicio para los turistas y quienes realicen actividades comerciales y financieras.

The Peru has more than 10 years of steady economic growth, positioned as one of the f astest growing at the South American level. Economic stability and policy coupled with the great natural wealth, gastronomic and cultural offers our country are predominant factors to consider it as one of the best destinations tourism around the world.

This being a reality is important and necessary to the development of infrastructure to receive and cater to tourists, therefore this thesis includes the development of a hotel 5 stars which is part of a mplex architectural considered metropolitan trade. The location of this complex is situated In the district of San Isidro - Lima, as it is one of the districts with higher economlc growth and thus has good lnfrastructure that allows high level of service.

The architectural complex consisting of a shopping center, an office building and a 5 star hotel, all sharing a large garden area located on the roof of the mall. The mall is equipped with a department store and malls, the office tower, has shops, café and gym d 5 star hotel with all the services required for a hotel of the hlghest category.

The objective of this thesis is not to solve the enormous need for infrastructure to support our capital, since it is a fairly complex issue that must be resolved at the metropolitan level, but conntribute to sorne extent, with better service for tourists and those conducting commercial and financial activities.
