Capacitación y certificación minera de los hijos de las comunidades campesinas Huamalies - Huari

Abstract

La Tesis "Capacitación y certificación minera de los hijos de comunidades campesinas Huamalies-Huari”, es un estudio de Investigación de las Comunidades o pueblos al entorno de las minas Antamina y Contonga que están ubicada en límites del departamento de Huánuco y Ancash donde no tienen un Instituto Superior Tecnológico Público o Privado con especialidades técnicas mineras. Para nuestro diagnostico minero consideramos esencial la información de los alumnos matriculados en las I.E. de secundaria 2016 en las Provincias de Huamalíes y Huari, que, a través de entrevistas, encuestas de toda su Comunidad educativa nos darán las variables que aplicaremos en Estadística y así diagnosticar si es posible la creación de IST Público o Privado que evitaría los conflictos mineros. A fin de corroborar nuestras informaciones también realizaremos un estudio de las líneas de base social y económica de las Comunidades o pueblos principales al entorno de las minas operativas entre los límites de Huamalíes y Huari. Con gráficos estadísticos demostramos la importancia y validez de la creación de un Instituto Superior Tecnológico Público o Privado con especialidades técnicas mineras que crearía desarrollo y modernización de las Provincias de Huamalíes y Huari, además solucionaría problemas sociales, ambientales, técnicos, laborales, educativos, económicos, etc., en beneficio de sus comunidades y del PBI del país y las mejores relaciones con las empresas mineras. Para corroborar la validez de mi hipótesis demuestro también un Proyecto de creación de un IST Público o Privado en minería en Huamalíes (Llata o Distritos) o Huari (San Marcos o Distritos) aplicando las matemáticas financieras para determinar el VAN y el TIR. El proyecto es replicable en cualquier lugar del país, agroindustria, minería, construcción, etc. También específico brevemente como Proyecto realizar la formación de un IST minero en Huamalíes, incluye el modelo de gestión educativa, el modelo institucional, el plan de marketing y el plan de administración y operaciones.

The Thesis "TRAINING AND MINING CERTIFICATION OF THE CHILDREN OF CAMPESINAS HUAMALIES-HUARI COMMUNITIES, is a research study of the Communities or towns around the Antamina and Contonga mines that are located in the limits of the department of Huánuco and Ancash where they do not have a Instituto Superior Tecnológico Public or Private with technical mining specialties. For our mining diagnosis we consider essential the information of the students enrolled in the I.E. Of high school 2016 in the Provinces of Huamalies and Huari, that through interviews, surveys of all their educational community will give us the variables that we will apply in Statistics and thus diagnose if possible the creation of Public or Private IST that would avoid the mining conflicts. In order to corroborate our information, we will also carry out a study of the social and economic base lines of the main communities or villages around the mines operating between the Huamalies and Huari boundaries. With statistical graphs we demonstrated the importance and validity of the creation of a Public or Private Technological Higher Institute with technical mining specialties that would create development and modernization of the Provinces of Huamalies and Huari, besides solving social, environmental, technical, labor, educational, economic problems, Etc. for the benefit of their communities and the country's GDP and the best relations with mining companies. In order to corrobórate the validity of my hypothesis, I also show a Project to create a Public or Private IST in mining in Huamalies (Llata or Districts) or Huari (San Marcos or Districts) applying financial mathematics to determine the NPV and IRR. The project is replicable anywhere in the country, agroindustry, mining, construction, etc. I also briefly specify how to train a mining IST in Huamalies, including the educational management model, the institutional model, the marketing plan and the administration and operations plan.
