Módulo de vivienda social en la comunidad Rural de Aymaña, Distrito de Corani, Provincia de Carabaya, Departamento de Puno

Abstract

El programa de Apoyo al Hábitat Rural que ha diseñado el Ministerio de Vivienda Construcción y Saneamiento demandó diseñar y proyectar viviendas que consideren prioritariamente criterios de confort climático, seguridad, eficiencia tecnológica y una correcta distribución de ambientes, que además permitan su durabilidad y resistencia a las condiciones climáticas del entorno en donde se ubican, a fin de contribuir a mejorar la condiciones habitacionales de la población asentada en los centro poblados rurales más pobre del país. Dentro de este contexto, el Centro de lnvestigaciones de la Carrera de Arquitectura (CICA PAU) de la UANCV, elaboró el Estudio para la implementación del mejoramiento de viviendas en la comunidad rural de Aymaña, distrito de Corani, provincia de Carabaya, departamento de Puno, poniendo énfasis en la particularidad cultural, socioeconómica y medioambiental, proponiendo una respuesta coherente que se inserte de manera armoniosa, sea acogida, aceptada y conservada por la población, que no atente contra el equilibrio medioambiental y garantice su sostenibilidad.

The Program of support to Rural Habitat designed by the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, demanded the designin of houses,considering priority criteria of climate comfort, safety, technological efficiency and proper distribution of environments, which may also offer its durability and resistance to climatic condition of the environment in which they are located, to help improve the living conditions of the population living in the country's poorest rural population centers. Within this context, the Research entre of the School of Architecture ofthe UANCV:CIC APAU, prepared a study for the implementation of the improvement of houses in the rural community of Aymaña, orani, Carabaya, in Puno, Peru, emphasizing in cultural, socioeconomic and environmental peculiarity of this part of the country and offering a coherent response that is inserted harmoniously, is welcomed, accepted and retained by the people, that does not undermine the environmental balance and ensure its sustainability.
