Estudio de impacto ambiental para la construcción de la planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales del distrito de Imperial Cañete

Abstract

La presente tesis “Estudio de Impacto Ambiental para la construcción de la Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales del distrito de Imperial - Cañete” tiene por objetivo elaborar el Estudio de Impacto Ambiental del proyecto, para de esta forma, garantizar la viabilidad ambiental del proyecto; resaltando su importancia en todas las etapas del proyecto: desde la planificación hasta la operación y mantenimiento. Es preciso señalar que, debido a la información conseguida, el presente EIA se realizará a nivel de Evaluación Ambiental Preliminar del proyecto; utilizando la información bibliográfica disponible, se identificará los principales impactos ambientales producidos por el proyecto y correspondientes medidas de prevención, control y mitigación, que permitan definir la clasificación ambiental correspondiente a dicho proyecto. Para un mayor entendimiento de la presente tesis, se ha dividido en seis capítulos que a continuación se describen: Primero: Introducción, el cual comprende la descripción íntegra de la tesis, el objetivo de la tesis, la metodología a usar en la misma y los estudios similares realizados anteriormente que sirven como guía para el desarrollo de la presente. Segundo: Fundamento Teórico, éste se divide en dos grupos: los conceptos básicos para entender la tesis y el Marco Legal e Institucional de la misma, haciendo hincapié en las leyes e Instituciones especialmente relacionadas con el proyecto. Tercero: Descripción del Proyecto, en este capítulo se describen las características principales del proyecto, las actividades que en esta se realizan y cómo se relaciona con el ambiente. Cuarto: Línea Base Ambiental, acá se describe el estado actual de la zona en todos sus aspectos: medio físico, medio biológico, socioeconómico, cultural, etc. Quinto: Identificación y Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental, en esta se describen todos los impactos ambientales identificados en todas las etapas del proyecto, apoyándonos en las metodologías descritas anteriormente Sexto: Plan de Manejo Ambiental, en este capítulo se plantea una serie de recomendaciones y medidas a tomar para prevenir, mitigar o corregir los impactos ambientales negativos que se han identificado en cada etapa del proyecto. Por último, se realizaron las recomendaciones y conclusiones a las cuales se ha llegado en la presente tesis.

This thesis "Environmental Impact Study for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant of the district of Imperial - Cañete” has the objective of preparing the Environmental Impact Study of the project, in order to guarantee the environmental viability of the project; highlighting its importance in all stages of the project: from planning to operation and maintenance. lt should be noted that due to the information obtained, this EIA will be carried out at the Preliminary Environmental Evaluation level of the project; using the available bibliographic information, the main environmental impacts produced by the project and corresponding prevention, control and mitigation measures will be identified, which will allow defining the environmental classification corresponding to said project. For a better understanding of this thesis, it has been divided into six chapters that are described below: First: lntroduction, which includes the full description of the thesis, the objective of the thesis, the methodology to be used in it and the similar studies carried out previously that serve as a guide for the development of the present. Second: Theoretical Foundation, it is divided into two groups: the basic concepts to understand the thesis and the Legal and lnstitutional Framework of the same, emphasizing laws and institutions especially related to the project. Third: Description of the Project, this chapter describes the main characteristics of the project, the activities carried out in it and how it relates to the environment. Fourth: Environmental Baseline, here we describe the current state of the area in all its aspects: physical environment, biological environment, socioeconomic, cultural, etc. Fifth: Identification and Evaluation of Environmental Impact, this describes all the environmental impacts identified in all stages of the project, based on the methodologies described above Sixth: Environmental Management Plan, this chapter presents a series of recommendations and measures to be taken to prevent, mitigate or correct the negative environmental impacts that have been identified in each stage of the project. Finally, the recommendations and conclusions reached in this thesis are made.
