Abstract

Lima crece diariamente y con ella, la inseguridad ciudadana. Esto trae consigo consecuencias en la ciudad, pues no existen planes urbanos ni normas generales del urbanismo que lo regule. Los edificios de vivienda aparecen con el único propósito de vender el máximo de viviendas en un mínimo de suelo, aislándose de la ciudad debido a la alta inseguridad. El proyecto conjunto residencial Aranibar se sitúa frente al Parque de la Reserva, en la urbanización de Santa Beatriz. Inmerso en una zona netamente residencial, el proyecto busca abrirse a la calle y no esconderse de ella. Santa Beatriz actualmente atraviesa por el boom inmobiliario, además posee un alto índice de inseguridad y flujo vehicular (trafico) en sus calles y demás. Todo esto genera una ausencia de espacios públicos y una falta de actividad en sus calles. Por ello, el Conjunto Residencial Aranibar busca ofrecerle a Santa Beatriz, diversos espacios y usos para el total disfrute de sus residentes como de sus vecinos, busca crear una armonía entre lo público y lo privado.

Actually the Santa Beatriz’s urbanization goes through the real estate boom, also own a high index of insecurity and vehicular flow in its streets, and else. All this generates an absence of public spaces and an inactivity in its streets. Therefore the residential complex seeks bring to Santa Beatriz diverse spaces and uses for the total enjoyment of its residents and neighboors, seek to create a harmony between public and private.
