Lercanlaech Hotel 4 Estrellas Illimo-Lambayeque

Abstract

El proyecto arquitectónico se encuentra ubicado en el distrito de Illimo, provincia y departamento de Lambayeque, en la zona de amortiguamiento del Santuario Histórico Bosques de Pómac, importante reserva natural del norte del Perú. Su ubicación responde a la necesidad de contar con un importante atractivo turístico que ayude a posicionar el hotel dentro del mapa turístico en la región. Por otra parte, el Santuario es una importante reserva arqueológica, al contar con más de 30 pirámides pre-hispánicas o "huacas" construidas por las culturas Mochica y Sicán. La propuesta volumétrica del proyecto responde a la forma y disposición de estas pirámides, posicionándose como ··una más del conjunto"; para ello toma como base la configuración de la Huaca '"El Oro", una de las más importantes en el sitio. La materialidad del proyecto está definida por los elementos de lugar, tales como el adobe, tapial y bambú (conocido en la zona como caña Guayaquil), además del clásico concreto. Se aprovechan los sistemas constructivos de cada uno de ellos para darle carácter al proyecto y vincularlo con el lugar. En síntesis, el proyecto busca lograr lo siguiente: difundir al santuario como un importante atractivo turístico en la región y en el país, expresar la volumetría del sitio e incorporarse con el menor impacto posible a su entorno, y aprovechar los materiales del lugar para lograr un mayor apego a la población local, además de difundir técnicas constructivas tradicionales.

The architectural project is located in the district of lllimo, provirnce and department of Lambayeque, in the buffer zone of the Bosques de Pómac Historical Sanctuary, important natural reserve of northern Peru. lt's location responds to the need to have an important tourist attraction that helps to position the hotel within the tourist map in the region. On the other hand, the Sanctuary is an important archacological reserve. having more than 36 pre-Hispanic pyramids or "huacas" built by thc Mochica and Sicán cultures. The volumetric proposal of the project responds to the shape and disposition of these pyramids, positioning itself as "one more of the whole"; for this, it is based on the configuration or Huaca "El Oro", one of the most important on the site. The materiality of the project is defined by the elements of place, such as adobe, tapial and bamboo (known in the area as Guayaquil cane), in addition to the classic concrete. The constructive systems of each of them are used to give character to the project and link it with the place. In short, the project seeks to achieve the following: disseminate the sanctuary as an important tourist attraction in the region and in the country, express the volumetry of the site and incorporate with the least possible impact to its environment. and take advantage of the materials of the place to achieve a greater attachment lo the local population. in addition to spreading traditional constructive techniques.
