Arquitectura residencial y habilitación urbana

Abstract

El presente informe se encuentra dividido en 2 capítulos, cada uno da cuenta de las diversas labores en las que me he desempeñado en mi etapa preprofesional desde el 2015 al 2018, tanto en el ámbito privado como en instituciones públicas. El primer capítulo muestra mi experiencia y conocimiento en el diseño y desarrollo de proyectos tanto arquitectónicos como urbanísticos. Mi participación en oficinas privadas me permitió colaborar en las diferentes etapas de un proyecto arquitectónico, desde la primera comunicación con el cliente, la búsqueda de información y aplicación de la normativa vigente, los bocetos iniciales de diseño, el desarrollo y compatibilización de planos de arquitectura e ingeniería, hasta la tramitación y aprobación de los expedientes ante las entidades pertinentes. Dentro de las instituciones públicas participe en municipios distritales en la Subgerencia de obras privadas y Catastro, órgano encargado del control y supervisión del proceso de edificación, habilitación urbana y procedimientos conexos. Fui técnico evaluador de los trámites ingresados por los administrados. El segundo capítulo muestra un listado de proyectos que se dividen en 3 grupos; la elaboración de expedientes de habilitación urbana, proyectos de vivienda y de salud. Expone a detalle 2 proyectos, uno de vivienda y uno de habilitación urbana de oficio. Considero gratificante encontrarme en este punto, donde para obtener el título profesional de arquitecto debo dar a conocer ante un jurado mi experiencia laboral.

This report is divided into 2 chapters, each one gives an account of the various tasks in which I have worked in my pre-professional stage from 2015 to 2018, both in the private sphere and in public institutions. The first chapter shows my experience and knowledge in the design and development of both architectural and urban projects. My participation in private offices allowed me to collaborate in the different stages of an architectural project, from the first communication with the client, the search for information and application of current regulations, the initial design sketches, the development and compatibility of architectural plans and engineering, until the processing and approval of the files before the pertinent entities. Within public institutions, participate in district municipalities in the Submanagement of private works and Cadastre, body in charge of the control and supervision of the building process, urban habilitation and related procedures. I was technical evaluator of the procedures entered by the administrated. The second chapter shows a list of projects that are divided into 3 groups; the preparation of urban habilitation files, housing and health projects. It exposes in detail 2 projects, one of housing and one of urban habilitation of office. I find it gratifying to find myself at this point, where to obtain a professional architect's degree, I must present my work experience to a jury.
