Propuesta de aplicación de líneas modulares para incrementar la productividad en la industria de confección de prendas de vestir en el Perú

Abstract

El presente trabajo busca desarrollar una forma fácil de entendimiento del trabajo de Línea Modular, buscando ir comparando una Línea convencional con una modular y ver de esta manera cual es más rentable y de mayor manejo. Esta aplicación tiene como objetivo convertirse en una herramienta que permita mejorar la productividad de la empresa textil-confecciones y por consiguiente elevar sus niveles de competitividad en el mercado. Las Líneas Modulares en la Industria de la Costura en el Perú es de años recientes, pero de gran escepticismo entre nuestros medianos y pequeños confeccionistas, mencionamos escepticismos por que al no contar con conocimientos de técnicas de ingeniería en la gran mayoría de las PYMES les es difícil por no decir imposible para sus recursos armar una línea modular. Preparar Líneas Modulares significa planificar al detalle la distribución del personal y las operaciones correspondientes con la finalidad de delegar responsabilidades y repartir proporcionalmente el trabajo de acuerdo con las habilidades de los operarios. La importancia que tiene esta planificación radica en la transmisión efectiva y clara que debe hacerse a todos aquellos que intervienen en el proceso. Pero esto no nos debe alarmar porque lo realmente difícil se hace fácil en el manejo del Recurso Humano, mencionamos Recurso Humano porque es este factor el primordial para el buen desempeño del módulo. Cuando se elabora un programa de producción aumenta la seguridad de poder cumplirlos, porque al participar en la construcción de este se puede saber exactamente donde realizar modificaciones adecuadas cuando ocurren problemas; además se está más consciente de las fechas de llegadas de los materiales que deben tenerse previamente (cortes, avíos, servicios, etc.) Como es de conocimiento la teoría nos indica que un módulo debe de contar con personal que tengan una unión casi familiar al momento de desarrollar su labor, esto nos indica bastante trabajo de Psicología de grupo y bastante trabajo en métodos para así encontrar trabajadores polifuncionales, que son necesarios para el desarrollo del módulo. Por experiencia propia el sistema modular en la Industria de Confección bien aplicado nos ayudara a elevar la rentabilidad de quienes lo trabajan, lo cual obtendremos trabajadores bien remunerados e industrias rentables.

The Modular Lines in the Industry of the Seam in Peru it is of recent years, but of great skepticism between our medium and small confectioner, we mention skepticisms for which not having possessed knowledge of Technologies of engineering in the great majority of the SMES they is difficult for not saying impossibly for his resources to arm a modular line. To prepare Modular Lines means to plan to the detail the distribution of the personnel and the corresponding operations with the purpose of delegating responsibilities and of distributing proportionally the work of agreement to the skills of the operatives. The importance that has this planning takes root in the effective and clear transmission that must be done to all those that intervene in the process. But this must not us alarm by that the really difficult thing becomes easy in the managing of the Human Resource, we mention Human Resource for which it is this factor the basic one for the good performance of the module. When a program of production is elaborated it increases the safety of being able to fulfill them, because on having taken part in the construction of this one it is possible to know exactly where to realize suitable modifications when problems happen; in addition this conscious mas of the dates of arrivals of the materials that must be had before (courts, preparations, services, etc.) Since we know the theory it indicates us that a module must rely on personnel that they should have an almost familiar union to the moment to develop his labor, this indicates us enough work of Psychology of group and enough work in methods this way find poly-functional workers, who are necessary for the development of the module. For own experience the modular system in the Industry of Confection applied well was helping us to raise the profitability of those who it works, which we will obtain remunerated well workers and profitable industries.
