Elaboración de un expediente técnico para la rehabilitación de pistas y veredas en el distrito de Ate

Abstract

La presente tesis por suficiencia profesional consiste en el desarrollo de la Av. Prolongación José Carlos Mariátegui (Vía de acceso a Huaycán) que va desde la carretera Central hasta la Av. Los Incas. Está ubicado dentro de la Zona 06, Sub Zona 01, lugar conocido como Pariachi; se encuentra en regulares condiciones y no cumple con las especificaciones técnicas, así como su distribución según la sección de vía que corresponde, requiriendo una mejora para el bienestar de la población y su área de influencia. Cuenta con una longitud de 649.37 m de vía oficial y presenta un ancho total de 33.00 m., pero en el campo la sección es variable e irregular por tramos; vale decir que en el tramo a intervenir la superficie de rodadura de la pista existente no se ajusta a las dimensiones indicadas en las secciones de vía correspondiente, por lo que se considera mejorar la vía existente, construir y completar parte de las componentes a lo largo de su trayecto, como son pistas, veredas y áreas verdes. Gracias a que la población ya cuenta con las instalaciones de sus servicios básicos como son las redes de agua potable y alcantarillado, así como los servicios de energía eléctrica, no existe impedimento para poder realizar las obras complementarias y definitivas en dicho tramo. Para el desarrollo de este Expediente Técnico se toma como ejemplo los objetivos alcanzados en otras Tesis, lo cual es mejorar la calidad de vida de la población. Para el diseño vial de la entrada a Huaycán se utilizará la Norma CE.010 PAVIMENTOS URBANOS (2010), para la elaboración de Metrado se utilizará la NORMA TÉCNICA METRADOS PARA OBRAS DE EDIFICACIÓN Y HABILITACIONES URBANAS, para el estudio de suelos se utilizará la NORMA TECNICA E.050 SUELOS Y CIMENTACIONES. La elaboración del Expediente Técnico comenzara con el trazo y diseño vial, seguidamente del movimiento de tierra, secciones y cortes transversales los cuales se realizarán según el estudio de suelos; después se realizará los metrados y el Presupuesto en el S10, obteniendo cantidades de Insumos, Fórmula Polinómica análisis de costos unitarios etc. Después se realiza los Cronograma de Obra y Cronograma Valorizado, siendo el plazo estimado de ejecución 90 días calendarios.

The present thesis for professional sufficiency consists of the development of the Prolongation José Carlos Mariátegui Av. (Access road to Huaycán) that goes from the Central highway to the Av. Los Incas. It is located within Zone 06, Sub Zone 01, place known as Pariachi; It is in regular conditions and does not comply with the technical specifications as well as its distribution according to the corresponding section of road, requiring an improvement for the wellbeing of the population and its area of influence. It has a length of 649.37 m of official route and has a total width of 33.00 m., But in the field the section is variable and irregular by sections; it is worth mentioning that in the section to be intervened the running surface of the existing track does not conform to the dimensions indicated in the corresponding track sections, so it is considered to improve the existing track, build and complete part of the components throughout of its route, as they are tracks, sidewalks and green areas. Thanks to the fact that the population already has the facilities of its basic services such as drinking water and sewage networks as well as electric power services, there is no impediment to be able to carry out the complementary and definitive works in said section. For the development of this Technical File, the objectives reached in other Theses are taken as an example, which is to improve the quality of life of the population. For the road design of the entrance to Huaycán the CE.010 URBAN PAVEMENTS Regulation (2010) will be used, for the elaboration of Metrados the TECHNICAL NORM will be used METRADOS FOR WORKS OF BUILDING AND URBAN ENABLING, for the study of soils the NORMA will be used TECHNICAL E.050 SOILS AND FOUNDATIONS. The preparation of the Technical File will begin with the layout and road design, followed by the movement of earth, sections and cross sections which will be carried out according to the study of soils; Afterwards, the measurements and the Budget will be carried out in S10, obtaining quantities of Inputs, Polynomial Formula, unit cost analysis, etc. Then the Works Schedule and Valorized Schedule are performed, the estimated execution time being 90 calendar days.
