Abstract

El Centro Enológico se ubicará en Azpitia. Esta comarca está formada por una meseta de tierras agrícolas ubicada a 80 kilómetros al sur de la ciudad de Lima, en la parte noreste del distrito de Santa Cruz de Flores; a los 12° 36’ de latitud sur y a 76° 40’ longitud oeste, a un promedio de 125 metros sobre el nivel del mar, en la margen derecha del Río Mala, Este lugar se caracteriza por que el valle genera un acantilado al borde del rio generando hermosa visuales. El Proyecto se emplazará hacía la parte alta de un cerro que sale hasta el borde del rio generando la garganta del Valle consolidándose como remate visual de las dos vías de acceso importantes a este lugar. La Volumetría del Proyecto se adaptará a la Topografía del lugar, los bordes del cerro darán la forma al Proyecto y parte de él se enclavará al cerro con una propuesta aterrazada. De la propuesta solo desarrollare la zona constituida por los servicios turísticos con vista hacia el valle donde se ubica el rio Mala. El Objetivo del Proyecto es promover el turismo Enológico y difundir la identidad, cultura, forma de trabajo y pasión que tienen los pobladores de Azpitia por la vitivinicultura. Relacionándolo con el turismo gastronómico cultural, tradición e historia.
