Conjunto habitacional La Quinta - Barranco

Abstract

El proyecto Conjunto Habitacional “La Quinta” en el distrito de Barranco fue inicialmente planteado durante el año 2013, cuando cursaba el noveno y décimo ciclo de la carrera de arquitectura en la Facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. El desarrollo del mismo ha sido trabajado, corregido y mejorado durante los años 2014, 2015 y el presente año 2016. Los temas que aquí se han desarrollado son de dos tipos: el tema de la vivienda-comercio (con la finalidad de resolver el doble uso de la edificación sin crear exclusión o fragmentación, eso que ya tanto vemos en la ciudad) y el tema de la arquitectura como producto cultural sugestivo capaz de comunicarnos algo sobre los hombres, el tiempo y las cosas (con la finalidad de entender que es necesario un trabajo multidisciplinario para la construcción de cualquier objeto arquitectónico, desde el más básico hasta el más sofisticado).

Initially, the project “La Quinta” residence group in the district of Barranco was raised during the year 2013, when I was on the ninth and tenth cicle of architecture's carreer in Architecture, Urbanism and Arts Faculty of the National University of Engineering. Its development has been worked, corrected and improved in the 2014, 2015 and this present year 2016. The topics that here have been developed are of two types: On the issue of housing-commerce (with the purpose of solving the double use of the building without creating exclusion or fragmentation, it that we see in the city so much) and the subject of architecture as cultural suggestive product capable of communicating us something about the men, the time and the things (with the purpose of understanding that a multidisciplinary work is necessary for the construction of any architectural object, from the most basic up to the most sophisticated).
