Abstract

El presente Informe por Competencia Profesional, trata sobre proyectos de arquitectura de mi experiencia por las diferentes oficinas en la que me ha tocado laborar, en donde se va a desarrollar principalmente los proyectos arquitectónicos de residencia colectiva, educativa, institucional y deportiva; obtenidos por medio de concursos de convocatoria abierta o cerrada, en los cuales me he desarrollado en el diseño y desarrollo de detalles arquitectónicos de dichas tipologías. El informe central abarca el estudio de 2 viviendas multifamiliares dirigidas a diferentes grupos socioeconómicos; la biblioteca central de la UNI , la sede institucional de ADEX para su ampliación y remodelación y por último la piscina semiolímpica del Club Rinconada para competencias y enseñanza; en los cuales se va a analizar el entorno, la función, la forma y la estructura; a través de una memoria descriptiva, fotos y planos, viéndolos desde su concepción desde la etapa de concurso hasta la culminación del proyecto.

The present Report for Professional Competition, treats on projects of architecture of my experience for the different offices in the one that I have had to work, where one is going to develop principally the architectural projects of collective housing, educational, institutional and sports; obtained by means of contests of opened or closed summons, in which I have developed in the design and development of architectural details of said typologies. The central report includes the study of 2 collective housings directed different socioeconomic groups; the central library of the UNI, ADEX's institutional headquarters for his extension and remodeling and finally the semiolympian swimming pool of the Club Comer for competitions and education; in which there is going to be analyzed the environment, the function, the form and the structure; across a descriptive memory, photos and planes, seeing them from his conception from the stage of contest up to the culmination of the project.
