Rediseño de lavadoras de muestras para reducir los reprocesos en lavanderías industriales de Lima (2015 – 2019)

Abstract

En una Lavandería Industrial se presta el servicio de lavados en general y teñidos a baja escala. En estos procesos es muy frecuente encontrar una serie de problemas y dificultades ligados a la reproducción de muestras traídas o seleccionadas por los clientes. Los problemas a los que se enfrenta son tales como la selección del tipo de insumos, relación de baño adecuada (Lts. H2O/kg.), equipo o máquina que se va a utilizar, velocidad de rotación, características del vapor, características del agua, el tiempo de ejecución de cada paso del proceso, calidad del operador de la máquina (pericia, dedicación, estado de ánimo, disciplina, iniciativa), entre otros. En el presente trabajo de investigación vamos a centrarnos en uno de los factores que generan reprocesos. El paso del proceso de máquinas de muestras a máquinas de producción. En cumplimiento de este objetivo vamos a registrar cómo se desenvuelve el proceso actualmente y cuáles son las condiciones geométricas, mecánicas y térmicas; luego efectuaremos los cálculos correspondientes y determinaremos los parámetros que corrigen estas limitaciones de diseño y reducen los reprocesos.

In these processes it is very common to find a series of problems and difficulties related to the reproduction of samples brought or selected by customers. The problems that it faces are such as the selection of the type of inputs, adequate bath ratio (Lts. H2O / kg.), Equipment or machine to be used, rotation speed, steam characteristics, water characteristics, the execution time of each step of the process, quality of the machine operator (expertise, dedication, state of mind, discipline, initiative), among others. In this research work we are going to focus on one of the factors that cause reprocessing. The process step from sample machines to production machines. In compliance with this objective, we are going to record how the process is currently developing and what are the geometric, mechanical and thermal conditions; Then we will perform the corresponding calculations and determine the parameters that correct these design limitations and reduce reprocessing.
