Abstract

La presente tesis pertenece al “Plan Integral de Redes Bibliotecarias Nacionales”, tema planteado por el taller de diseño vertical 8A, mismo que encargó analizar el problema de la infraestructura pública dirigida a necesidades, culturales y académicas a lo largo del territorio nacional. Posteriormente se desarrolló en los talleres de diseño vertical 9 y 10, enfocando el tema en la articulación del lugar con el contexto físico y cultural inmediato de la ciudad de Puno. La ciudad de Puno está ubicada al sur este del Perú, se emplaza sobre la meseta del Collao y es bañado por lago Titicaca, albergó a la cultura Tiahuanaco, Aymara y Collas, cuenta con cerca de 220000 habitantes y las principales actividades económicas son el comercio y la agricultura. Contiene 3 centros tecnológicos y 1 universidad, dirigidas al desarrollo de tecnología agrónoma, comercio internacional y administración. El centro de documentación departamental de Puno, tiene por objetivo, mitigar en gran medida la demanda del servicio público, enfocado en actividades culturales y académicas de la región altiplánica, dotándola de nueva y adecuada infraestructura, ubicada estratégicamente en las zonas de mayor concurrencia de la población servida.

This thesis belongs to the "Comprehensive Plan of National Library Networks", a topic raised by the vertical design workshop 8A, which commissioned to analyze the problema of public infrastructure aimed at needs, cultural and academic throughout the national territory. Subsequently, it was developed in the vertical design workshops 9 and 10, focusing on the articulation of the place with the immediate physical and cultural context of the city of Puno. The city of Puno is located to the south east of Peru, is located on the Collao plateau and is bathed by Lake Titicaca, it housed the Tiahuanaco, Aymara and Collas culture, it has about 220000 inhabitants and the main economic activities are commerce and agriculture It contains 3 technology centers and 1 university, aimed at the development of agronomic technology, international trade and administration. The objective of the departmental documentation center of Puno, is to mitigate to a large extent the demand of the public service, focused on cultural and academic activities of the highland region, providing it with new and adequate infrastructure, strategically located in the areas of greatest concurrence of the population served.
