Ahorro y potenciales beneficios por el uso de nuevas tecnologías en el campo de la voladura en la mina Animon – CIA Minera Chungar

Abstract

La Tesis se resume en la cuantificación e identificación de los Ahorros y Potenciales Beneficios en la Mina ANIMON – CIA Minera CHUNGAR por la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías en el campo de la voladura, con el objetivo de poder generar un incremento en la productividad e identificar los puntos críticos en el proceso de perforacion y voladura. Esto se llevo a cabo mediante un proceso comparativo de los resultados medidos en las etapas de Levantamiento Línea Base (Disparos con Emulsión Encartuchada) y Pruebas con Emulsión Explosiva a Granel mediante el carguío mecanizado. Los cuáles nos emitieron resultados favorables como el incremento de la eficiencia de avance hasta un 98%, reducción de la sobrerotura hasta un 6% y la sobredilucion en un 5%; esto impacto significativamente en el ahorro anual de $ 220 Mil en Perforacion y Voladura de los cuales el costo de perforacion ascendio a $ 60 Mil y en voladura (explosivos) ascendio a $ 160 Mil. En cuanto al tipo de investigación, nuestra tesis es una investigación científica, de tipo descriptiva de causas y efectos, y de aplicación en campo. Desarrollaremos y emplearemos como herramienta un sistema de indicadores y gráficos, para poder discutir sobre la viabilidad de los datos obtenidos en la operación, con el objetivo de poder generar un análisis económico de las ventajas obtenido producto de la implementación de estas nuevas tecnologías en la mina Animon.

The Thesis is summarized in the quantification and identification of Savings and Potential Benefits in the ANIMON - CIA Minera CHUNGAR Mine, with the aim of generating an increase in productivity and identifying the critical points in the drilling and blasting process. This was carried out through a comparative process of the results measured in the Baseline Survey (Shots with Embedded Emulsion) and Bulk Explosion Emulsion tests using mechanized loading. Which gave us favorable results such as the increase in efficiency of advance up to 98%, reduction of overweight to 6% and overdilution by 5%; This significantly impacted the annual savings of $ 220 thousand in drilling and blasting of which the cost of drilling amounted to $ 60 thousand and in blasting (explosives) amounted to $ 160 thousand. As for the type of research, our thesis is a scientific research, descriptive of causes and effects, and field application. We will develop and use as a tool a system of indicators and graphics, to be able to discuss the viability of the data obtained in the operation, with the aim of being able to generate an economic analysis of the advantages obtained as a result of the implementation of these new technologies in the mine Animon.
