Implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional basados en la norma ISO 45001:2018, aplicado en la empresa REMICSA DRILLING - proyecto Santander

Abstract

La presente investigación plantea una propuesta para la implementación de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional basada en la norma ISO 45001:2018 en la empresa minera Redrilsa Drilling S.A.C., no obstante, de servir como modelo de aplicación para otras empresas similares del sector minero. La implementación de dicha norma tiene por objeto lograr la optimización de la intervención frente a la prevención, eliminación o disminución de los incidentes, accidentes y enfermedades ocupacionales, tras reducir los peligros y/o riesgos en las actividades mineras. La implementación de un SGSST inicia con un diagnóstico inicial de la empresa, basándonos en la lista de verificación de lineamientos del SGSST descrita por RM 050- 2013-TR, el resultado del diagnóstico nos sirve para plantear un SGSST adecuado a las necesidades de la empresa basada en la norma ISO 45001:2018. En el primer capítulo se presenta la parte introductoria de la investigación, junto con los objetivos y realidad problemática; que abren paso al segundo capítulo donde desarrollamos los fundamentos teóricos, marco conceptual y legal relacionado a nuestra investigación. De esa manera llegamos al capítulo tres donde se desarrollará la manera en que se dará la implementación de la norma ISO 45001:2018 finalizando con las conclusiones y recomendaciones.

This research proposes a proposal for the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system based on the ISO 45001: 2018 standard in the Redrilsa Drillig mining company, without integrating it as an application model for other similar companies in the mining sector. The purpose of this regulation is to optimize the intervention against the prevention, reduction or reduction of incidents, accidents and occupational diseases, the reduction of hazards and risks in mining activities. The implementation of an SGSST begins with an initial diagnosis of the company, based on the SGSST guidelines checklist described by RM 050-2013-TR, the result of the diagnosis helps us to propose an SGSST appropriate to the needs of the company Based on ISO 45001: 2018. In the first one, the introductory part of the research is presented, together with the objectives and problematic reality; that open the way to the second chapter where we develop the theoretical foundations, conceptual and legal framework related to our research. In this way we reach chapter three where the way in which the implementation of ISO 45001: 2018 will be implemented, ending with the conclusions and recommendations will be developed.
