Remodelación y ampliación de un edificio de uso comercial basado en normas de RNE

Abstract

La presente investigación planteo mejorar un edificio comercial mediante la remodelación y ampliación basado en normas del RNE, para lo cual la investigación se enmarca dentro del tipo ex post facto, considerando un método descriptivo, para permitir la interpretación y descripción de la realidad tal cual se presentan a partir de observaciones y estudios realizados en el contexto del estudio. El procesamiento de la información recolectada se realizó teniendo en cuenta las variables y dimensiones y la relación que estas tienen en términos de la contemplación de un estado inicial y un estado final. Logrando como resultado determinar las características estructurales y funcionales que presenta el edificio a ser intervenido mediante remodelación y ampliación basado en normas del RNE, las cuales respondían a características de autoconstrucción informal; para lo que fue necesario determinar los cambios estructurales y ajustes funcionales que deben realizarse para mejorar la calidad de la edificación mediante la remodelación y ampliación basada en normas del RNE, logrando actividades de demolición y construcción en cumplimiento estricto de las normas del Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones, los parámetros urbanísticos, así como de los procedimientos técnicos conocidos y aceptados en el procedimiento de edificación. Finalmente, se obtuvo mejoras logradas en la estructuración y funcionalidad del edificio intervenido, con base y parámetros de diseño las normas técnicas y municipales de edificación, zonificación, integración urbana, seguridad, habitabilidad.

The present investigation proposed to improve a commercial building through remodeling and expansion based on RNE standards, for which the research is framed within the ex post facto type, considering a descriptive method, to allow the interpretation and description of reality as it is presented from observations and studies carried out in the context of the study. The processing of the information collected was carried out taking into account the variables and dimensions and the relationship they have in terms of the contemplation of an initial state and a final state. Achieving as a result determine the structural and functional characteristics of the building to be intervened through remodeling and expansion based on RNE standards, which responded to characteristics of informal self-construction; for which it was necessary to determine the structural changes and functional adjustments that must be made to improve the quality of the building through remodeling and expansion based on RNE standards, achieving demolition and construction activities in strict compliance with the regulations of the National Building Regulation , the urban parameters, as well as the technical procedures known and accepted in the building procedure. Finally, improvements were achieved in the structuring and functionality of the intervened building, with base and design parameters, the technical and municipal building, zoning, urban integration, security, habitability standards.
