Planeamiento empresarial como factor de competitividad en los proyectos de las empresas constructoras del Cusco

Abstract

El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo proponer un planeamiento empresarial basado en el sistema Lean Construction, el cual pueda ser utilizado para cada proyecto de las medianas empresas constructoras de la Región Cusco y de esta manera puedan mejorar su competitividad. El documento está dividido en seis capítulos; en primer lugar, se presenta una introducción donde se muestra un análisis del sector construcción a nivel Perú y Cusco, indicando la estructura del mismo y la composición de sus mercados, resaltando la importancia de la inversión pública para el desarrollo de estas empresas; en el capítulo uno se exponen los problemas, hipótesis, objetivos y variables de la investigación.

El capítulo dos, está conformado por el marco teórico, la aparición y evolución del Lean Construction (Construcción sin Pérdidas), su relación con sistemas de calidad y su filosofía, teniendo como reflexión que las herramientas “lean”, son de apoyo y su objetivo es mejorar la productividad de empresas.

El capítulo tres, se presenta los resultados de encuestas y entrevistas realizadas a una muestra de 30 empresarios del sector, en el cual se mide el nivel de planeación que realizan para cada proyecto, análisis de riesgos, revisión y sistematización de información, control y seguimiento, seguridad e higiene, así como el uso de políticas de mejora continua.

En el capítulo cuatro, se hace el análisis y discusión de la hipótesis, llegándose a validar la misma.

En el capítulo cinco, se proponen un sistema de planeamiento para cada proyecto, basado en protocolos y formatos lean, teniendo en cuenta que la filosofía está basada en tener un flujo de trabajo sin demoras y pérdidas, y que todo el planeamiento debe ser participativo, involucrando principalmente las áreas de dirección, producción y logística. Por último, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones del presente trabajo.

The objective of this thesis work is to propose a business planning based on the Lean Construction system, which can be used for each project of medium-sized construction companies in the Cusco Region and in this way, they can improve their competitiveness. The document is divided into six chapters; Firstly, an introduction is presented which shows an analysis of the construction sector at Peru and Cusco level, indicating its structure and the composition of its markets, highlighting the importance of public investment for the development of these companies; in chapter one the problems, hypotheses, objectives and variables of the investigation are exposed. Chapter two is made up of the theoretical framework, the appearance and evolution of Lean Construction (Construction without Losses), its relationship with quality systems and its philosophy, taking as a reflection that the tools "read" are supportive and their objective is to improve the productivity of companies. Chapter three presents the results of surveys and interviews carried out with a sample of 30 entrepreneurs in the sector, in which the level of planning they carry out for each project, risk analysis, review and systematization of information, control and monitoring is measured safety and hygiene, as well as the use of continuous improvement policies. In chapter four, the analysis and discussion of the hypothesis is made, getting to validate it. In chapter five, a planning system is proposed for each project, based on protocols and lean formats, taking into account that the philosophy is based on having a work flow without delays and losses, and that all planning must be participatory, mainly involving the areas of management, production and logistics. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of this work are presented.
