Arquitectura para el crecimiento y desarrollo: comercio, vivienda e instituciones

Abstract

El objetivo de este informe es documentar el desarrollo de diferentes proyectos edificatorios que fueron posibles gracias a la inversión pública y privada. Estos fortalecen las condiciones económicas del país, que a su vez facilitan el acceso a una vivienda de calidad en cantidad necesaria para propiciar el sano crecimiento de nuestras ciudades. Cada una de estas tipologías (vivienda, instituciones y comercio) queda plasmada mediante diversos ejemplos realizados en el período 2002 - 2015 y expresan las mejoras tanto del entorno inmobiliario como productivo. No obstante, este crecimiento sólo se valida a través del desarrollo del país. En este informe, se presenta una relación de proyectos intervenidos, presentados en dos partes. La primera, mediante fichas correspondientes a las tipologías mencionadas [vivienda, instituciones y comercio). La segunda parte contiene una explicación con mayor detalle de los tres proyectos sustentados. ABSTRACT The aim of this report is to document the development of different building projects made possible by the public and private investment. These projects strengthen the economic conditions of the country, which provide access to quality housing in amount necessary to promote the healthy growth of our cities. Each of these typologies {housing, institutions and retail are captured by various examples made during the period 2002-2015, and expresses the real estate improvements and productive environment. However, this growth is only valid through the development of the country. 0n this report is presented in the first part by summary sheets divided into each mentioned categories {housing, institutions and retail. The second part contains a more detailed explanation of the three sustained projects, one of each typology.
