Abstract

A través de los años he tenido la oportunidad de participar en el desarrollo de diferentes proyectos, desde lo más funcional y pragmático, hasta lo más artístico y estético. Al trabajar también en Peritajes y Tasaciones durante cuatros años, experimenté la explosión inmobiliaria que sucedió entre los años 2004 al 2008. la transformación de los sectores urbanos y la demanda que se tenía en los sectores y D por arquitectura y construcción profesional. Siento que mi experiencia ha hecho posible aplicar lo aprendido y exponerlo en ejecución. Empecé con temas muy pequeños desde la práctica con mi propia vivienda. Hoy en día las dimensiones y los retos son más extensos, sólo nosotros tenemos la responsabilidad de exportar ese sueño a la realidad. así sea grande o pequeño el trabajo a realizar. con el compromiso y las ganas de hacer algo que nos dé la satisfacción de haberlo desarrollado, y la alegría de quien es dueño al tener su espacio resuelto. Todo aquello da como resultado volver a experimentar la arquitectura. porque siempre para todo aquel que la desarrolla. habrá una nueva oportunidad para exponer lo aprendido.
