Abstract

El Centro de Innovación Tecnológica Empresarial (CITec) en Lurín, se desarrolla en el marco de la intervención urbana llevada a cabo en el taller de tesis del 9° y 10°ciclo del año 2018. Cursos de fin de carrera en la Facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. El proyecto arquitectónico se encuentra ubicado en la Av. Industrial de la zona industrial de Lurín. Se desarrolla como parte del equipamiento propuesto de la creación de un nuevo Parque Tecnológico Industrial (PTI) como planteamiento de intervención urbana. La cual responde a la expansión del distrito, unificando e integrando la vivienda con la industria liviana. Asimismo, el edificio busca el desarrollo empresarial de las industrias con un enfoque en la innovación de nuevas tecnologías de la información y comunicación. A través de la incubación de empresas, brindándoles soporte y servicios en su desarrollo. La presente tesis contiene tres capítulos. El primero, desarrolla la presentación del tema junto a los antecedentes referenciales, asimismo se aborda el planteamiento del problema con un marco teórico que permite plantear los objetivos del proyecto. El segundo capítulo, contempla la factibilidad del proyecto, las consideraciones de diseño y el programa arquitectónico. Y por último el tercer capítulo, contempla el desarrollo urbano y arquitectónico del proyecto, abordado desde su forma, concepto, espacio, imagen, función y estructura. Asimismo, contiene el análisis de especialidades, como también las conclusiones, recomendaciones, anexos y bibliografía.

The Center for Business Technological Innovation (CITec) in Lurín, is developed within the framework of the urban intervention carried out in the thesis workshop of the 9th and 10th cycle of the year 2018. Through the incubation of companies, providing support and services in their development. This thesis contains three chapters. The first, develops the presentation of the topic together with the referential background, likewise the approach to the problem is addressed with a theoretical framework that allows the objectives of the project to be stated. The second chapter contemplates the feasibility of the project, the design considerations, and the architectural program. And finally, the third chapter, contemplates the urban and architectural development of the project, approached from its form, concept, space, image, function, and structure. Likewise, it contains the analysis of specialties, as well as the conclusions, recommendations, annexes, and bibliography.
