Evaluación de los tiempos de perforación y su relación con la productividad de un equipo de perforación tipo jumbo

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal el relacionar la evaluación de la productividad con el tiempo neto de perforación y el tiempo en mantenimiento de un equipo de perforación tipo jumbo y así responder a la siguiente interrogante. ¿Cómo influye los tiempos de perforación en la productividad de un equipo de perforación tipo jumbo? La investigación es de tipo cuantitativa, de alcance descriptiva y de diseño no experimental. La hipótesis que se tiene en la presente investigación es lograr demostrar la existencia de la relación entre la productividad (rendimiento del equipo de perforación), con los tiempos de perforación y mantenimiento. Se utilizó el software SPSS para el análisis estadístico de nuestras variables independientes y dependientes, expuestas en las dos hipótesis específicas, teniendo como conclusiones que solo la segunda hipótesis específica aceptada. También se utilizó el método analítico y sintético para alcanzar los objetivos trazados en este estudio. Se tuvo en cuenta que Los días 18, 19, 20 de septiembre y el día 22 de octubre del 2018 el equipo simba se encontraba en mantenimiento por fallas mecánicas por lo que esos tiempos alcanzaron los máximos disponibles y consecuentemente la productividad en la perforación alcanza el valor “0”.

The main objective of the research work is to relate the evaluation of productivity with the net drilling time and the maintenance time of a jumbo type drilling equipment and thus answer the following question. How does the evaluation of drilling times influence the productivity of a jumbo drilling rig? The research is quantitative, descriptive in scope and non-experimental design. The hypothesis that is held in the present investigation is to demonstrate the existence of the relationship between productivity (performance of the drilling equipment), with drilling and maintenance times. The SPSS software was used for the statistical analysis of our independent and dependent variables, exposed in the two specific hypotheses, having as conclusions that only the second specific hypothesis was accepted. The analytical and synthetic method was also used to achieve the objectives outlined in this study. It was taken into account that on September 18, 19, 20 and October 22, 2018, thes imba was undergoing maintenance due to mechanical failures, so those times reached the maximum available and consequently the drilling productivity reaches the value "0".
