Abstract

El proyecto presentado busca ser el principal punto de partida u objeto primordial para un planeamiento territorial enfocado en la vitivinicultura, el cual enfrente de manera directa al problema de crecimiento industrial desordenado que actualmente aqueja al valle de Lunahuaná. Para ello partimos desde el estudio del paisaje y territorio vitivinícola de Lunahuaná, de tal manera de aprovechar las fortalezas del entorno y frenar con las amenazas. Una vez realizado el estudio, analizamos estratégicamente la ubicación del proyecto dentro del valle, el proyecto tendrá un lenguaje arquitectónico propio que además de organizar el territorio vitivinícola, dará un mayor valor al paisaje.

This project aims to be the beginning to territorial planning focused on the wine industry, which will face to the problem of messy industrial grown in Lunahuana's valley. For that reason, we start from the study of landscapes and wine territory of Lunahuaná to take advantages of the strengths of the environment and stop the threats.

When the study is completed, we will strategically analyze the project location into de valley. The project will have its own architectural language. This also will organize the wine territory and will give to Lunahuaná a landscape with value.
