Abstract

El proyecto Centro Comercial Automotriz MOTORMALL es, como su nombre lo indica, un centro comercial especializado dirigido principalmente a la industria automotriz, estará compuesto por: Una galería comercial con Showroom, Talleres mecánicos, una tienda de autos, un Instituto automotriz y una torre de oficinas. Está planteado en el distrito de La Victoria, más específicamente en el cruce de las avenidas Paseo de la República y México. El Centro Comercial nace como alternativa de solución a un problema característico de la zona: la proliferación de talleres mecánicos y tiendas de autopartes informales en plena Av. México. Esta problemática perjudica el tráfico, el orden y la seguridad de la zona, convirtiéndola en una de las áreas mas caóticas del distrito de La Victoria. Es en este contexto que el Centro Comercial Automotriz MOTORMALL ofrecería un espacio seguro y ordenado donde el usuario pueda encontrar los principales productos y servicios relacionados a la industria automotriz.

The project “MOTORMALL, Automotive Shopping Centre" is, as ís said by it's ñame, an specialized shopping centre pointed mainly to the automotive industry, this center will be compound by: A shopping gallen/ with a Showroom, repair shops, an automobile store, an automotive institute and an office building. It's planed to be constructed ín the district of La Victoria, in the intersection of México and Paseo de la República avenues, to be more specific. The Malí is conceived as a solution to a well known problem in the zone: the existence of non formalized repair shops and automobile repair parts stores ín México avenue. This problem is perjudicial to the traffic, the safetíness and the order in the surrounds, tuming the zone ín one of the more chaotics zones in the district of La Victoria. Is in this context that MOTORMALL gives a safe and ordered space where the clients can find the most important products and Services related to the automotive industry.
