| Abstract: | El Hotel Cuatro Estrellas y Edificio de Oficinas en el Cercado de Lima forma parte de la propuesta urbana de revitalización urbana alrededor de la estación del Corredor Segregado de Alta Capacidad “Estadio Nacional”.
El presente documento consta de cuatro capítulos. El primer capítulo está destinado a la presentación y explicación del tema, el segundo capítulo consta del análisis de la zona objeto de estudio, el tercer capítulo corresponde a la Propuesta Urbana, y en el cuarto capítulo se explica el Proyecto Arquitectónico. The Four Star Hotel and Office Building in downtown Lima is part of the urban plan urban revitalization around the station High Capacity Segregated Corridor "National Stadium". This document consists of four chapters. The first chapter is intended for the presentation and explanation of the topic, the second chapter is the analysis of the study area, the third chapter corresponds to the Urban Proposal , and in the fourth chapter explains the Architectural Project |
