Hotel 4 Estrellas y Eventos - Arequipa

Abstract

El proyecto se desarrolla sobre dos lotes situados en las proximidades del centro monumental de Arequipa. Limitando por el norte con el Barrio de San Lazaro, por el sur y el este con el centro histórico, y por el oeste con el Barrio la Recoleta y el rio Chili. El conjunto busca consolidar el carácter comercial de la calle Moral y Avenida La Marina, así como satisfacer la calidad – tipológicas y de demanda de hospedaje en el sector turismo. De igual forma reforzar la tensión espacial entre el rio y la plaza, generando así un espacio integrador que une el proyecto, la calle y el rio, estableciendo una conexión física y visual a dichos espacios. La conceptualización contemplo hacerle frente a las diversas dinámicas urbanas del lugar, de esta forma se cuenta con locales comerciales (tiendas) – próximos al rio, el centro–a lo largo de la calle Moral – locales comerciales restaurantes y cafés – dentro del edificio– y 95 habitaciones distribuidas de forma tal, que todas que se encuentran integradas visualmente a los diversos espacios públicos y privados que el proyecto genera – unas plazuelas y terrazas aéreas .

The project is developed on two lots located near the historical center of Arequipa. Limiting the north with the district of San Lazaro, south and east to the historic center, and to the west by the La Recoleta and the Chili River. The group seeks to consolidate the commercial nature of the Moral street and Avenida La Marina, as well as meeting quality - typological and demand for lodging in the tourism sector. Similarly strengthen the spatial tension between the river and the square, thus creating an integrated space that joins the project, the street and the river, establishing a physical and visual connection to such spaces. Conceptualization contemplate cope with the various urban dynamics of the place, in this way has commercial (shops) - next to the river, the center-to along the Moral street - shops restaurants and cafes - inside of the building and 95 rooms distributed in such a way that all who are visually integrated to various public and private spaces generated by the project - some squares and air terraces.
