Abstract

“Centro Comercial Festival Center Callao” se proyecta con el objetivo de mejorar y revalorizar el área urbana entorno al Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Chávez y así generar mayor actividad y recreo para la población en esta zona de la ciudad. El proyecto se encuentra estratégicamente ubicado entre la Av. Elmer Faucett y la Av. Tomás Valle, distrito Callao, Provincia Constitucional del Callao. Se trata de un terreno irregular con un área de 15,755 m2 y sin pendiente.El Centro Comercial cuenta con una superficie cubierta de 7,290 m2, distribuidos en tres 3 edificios: El primer edificio que se ubica hacia la Av. Tomás Valle, es un Supermercado de dos niveles con 11 tiendas comerciales, cuentan con un área total de 6000 m2. Sobre el supermercado se encuentra un área libre de 3400m2 destinada a eventos multiusos. El segundo edificio central es de 3 niveles, en el primer nivel se tiene locales comerciales de comida rápida y restaurantes, en el segundo nivel se tiene locales comerciales en general. En el tercer nivel se tienen 6 salas de cine. El tercer edificio cuenta con 9 pisos, el primer piso destinado a 6 agencias de bancos y otros 7 locales comerciales para Courier o agencias de viaje , en el segundo nivel se ubican la Sala de usos múltiples y comedor, los siguientes 7 pisos son de oficinas. Además, cuenta con un gran estacionamiento para 231 autos ubicado en el sótano, al que se puede ingresar o salir mediante dos accesos, por la Av Tomas Valle y Av Elmer Faucett.
