| Abstract: | Este proyecto considera la elaboración de películas delgadas de diamante a partir del método plasmático (Glow discharge inducido) desarrollado en el Laboratorio de Óptica y Semiconductores. La correspondiente caracterización óptica y eléctrica de los materiales elaborados. This Project involves the elaboration of thin films of Diamante up from a non conventionally plasmatic process, developed at the Laboratory de Optica y semiconductores/UNI (Glow Discharge induced). The corresponding optical and electric characterization of the obtained probes. |
