Estudio químico de la Liana Ayahuasca (Banisteriopis caapi)

Abstract

De la liana Ayahuasca (Banisteriopsis caapi) se aisló la harmina, que fue identificada mediante su punto de fusión y el análisis porcentual de elementos. Así mismo, se registraron sus espectros de masas, de RMN1H y RMN13C, IR y UV. Además, se realizó el análisis cuantitativo de los metabolitos secundarios y la cuantificación del total de alcaloides presentes en la planta [1].

From the stem of the liana Ayahuasca (Banisteriopsis caapi) harmina was obtained, wish was identified by its fusión point, the percent analysis of its elements, and the mass spectra RMN'H, RMNI3C, IR and UV. Furthermore, the qualitative analysis of the secondary metabolites was done, as well as the analysis to determine the amount of alkaloids present in the plant.
