| Abstract: | Este artículo expone y djscute los principales aportes sobre la arquitectura y la ciudad desde los inicios del debate moderno peruano hacia finales del siglo XIX. Estos aportes se reproducen en algunos importantes medios hemerográficos asociados tanto a instituciones del estado como a iniciativas privadas vinculadas a la actividad de urbanización y construcción de la ciudad. This article presents and discusses the main contributions on architecture and the city from the beginning of the modern debate in Peru in the late 19th century. These contributions are reproduced in certain important hemerographic media associated with government institutions and private projects linked with urban development and construction of the city. |
