Extremos: diseño de proyectos de vivienda del sector A y C - 2011 - 2015

Abstract

Durante mi labor tuve la oportunidad de presenciar como el “Boom Inmobiliario” conjugado con una economía en auge, desencadenaban grandes mecanismos de inversión en diversos sectores inmobiliarios. Por mi experiencia y los proyectos en que tuve la oportunidad de participar decidí confrontar al Sector “A” y “C” eligiendo dos proyectos de pequeña y gran escala, a través de los cuales se puede apreciar la transformación del partido arquitectónico en el tiempo en base a las necesidades y demandas con múltiples opciones y altamente competitivo.

During my work I had the opportunity to witness as the "Real Estate Boom" conjugated with a booming economy, triggered great investment mechanisms in various real estate sectors. Due to my experience and the projects in which I had the opportunity to participate, I decided to confront Sector "A" and "C" by choosing two projects of small and large scale, through which we can appreciate the transformation of the architectural project in the time, based on the needs and demands with multiple options and highly competitive.
