Centro de Formación Técnica de Villa El Salvador

Abstract

Desde el año 1974, en el área del proyecto se encuentra funcionando el Centro Técnico Productivo de Villa El Salvador, cuya denominación fue variando con el paso de los años y de los gobiernos de turno, pero el fin siempre fue el mismo, la capacitación técnica. Dicha infraestructura cuenta con 43 años de antigüedad aproximadamente, encontrándose actualmente una ocupación en condiciones precarias. El objetivo del proyecto es entonces, brindar una infraestructura educativa de calidad y espacios de reunión a la comunidad, contribuyendo de esta manera a su desarrollo físico, económico y social. Además de generar una integración con la zona industrial que actualmente se encuentra divida por la vía férrea de la Línea 1 del Metro de Lima, mediante la creación de accesos y la articulación de espacios, de tal manera que se permita un recorrido o se cree un circuito que ofrezca diversas opciones al peatón, no sólo a nivel de usos de suelo, sino también mediante actividades en un espacio que es público, es decir, gratuito y susceptible de ser aprovechado y apropiado por cualquier ciudadano o visitante. Otro de los objetivos que se pretende conseguir con la propuesta del proyecto de Centro de Formación Técnica, es que el edificio sea percibido como un hito arquitectónico, que sea emblemático para el distrito y que de alguna u otra manera mantenga el carácter industrial o productivo de la zona. Estas son algunas de las consideraciones que se tomaron en cuenta para sustentar la necesidad de ejecutar el proyecto de CENTRO DE FORMACIÓN TECNICA y así dotar a la zona de un centro de capacitación inmediato para la inserción al campo laboral, generando beneficios tanto a la población como a las empresas que ahí se desarrollan.

Since 1974, the Productive Technical Center of Villa El Salvador has been in operation in the project area, its name has been changing over the years and the governments in power, but the function of this center has always been technical training. Currently, this infrastructure is approximately 43 years old, and it presents precarious conditions of edification. The objective of the project is to provide a quality educational infrastructure and meeting spaces to the community, contributing in this way to their physical, economic and social development. In addition, it would generate an integration with the industrial zone that is currently divided by the rail line of Line 1, through the creation of accesses and the articulation of spaces, in a way that allows a route or a circuit that offers different options for the pedestrian, not only at the level of the use of land, but also through activities in a space that is public, which means it is a free space that is susceptible to be used and enjoyed by any citizen or visitor. Also, the aim of the proposal of the Technical Training Center Project is to achieve this building would be perceived as an architectural landmark, with an emblematic value for the district that maintains the industrial character of this area. These were some of the considerations that was taken into account to support the need of executing the project of TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTER and providing to this area with a training center that allows the immediate insertion to the labor field, generating benefits for both: the population and companies of this area.
