Centro de difusión de la cultura cuzqueña en el Centro Histórico de Lima

Abstract

El proyecto “Centro de difusión de la cultura cuzqueña en el Centro Histórico de Lima” fue planteado durante el año 2016 en el curso de Tesis de la Facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Artes. El cual ha sido trabajado, corregido y mejorado durante los años 2017, 2018 y el presente año 2019. En el proyecto se desarrolla principalmente dos temas: Cultural-Comercial, cubriendo la necesidad existente en el barrio de Monserrate según el contexto en el que se encuentra, es decir, un barrio histórico, idiosincrático y pluricultural que acoge cada año a la comunidad migrante de Cuzco para la revaloración y arraigo de sus costumbres y tradiciones lejos de su ciudad natal. Por lo tanto, se presenta uma edificación, que, respetando los parámetros, se adapta al entorno interpretando un nuevo significado a las edificaciones históricas del Centro de Lima.

The project "Center for the dissemination of the Cuzco culture in the Historic Center of Lima" was raised during 2016 in the thesis course of the Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism and Arts. Which has been worked, corrected and improved during the years 2017, 2018 and the present year 2019. The Project mainly develops two themes: Cultural-Commercial, covering the existing need in the Monserrate neighbourhood according to the context in which it is arise, that is, a historic, idiosyncratic and pluricultural neighbourhood that welcomes the migrant community of Cuzco every year for the appreciation and attachment to ancestral customs and traditions far from their hometown. Therefore, a building is presented, which respecting the parameters, adapts to the environment interpreting a new meaning to the historical buildings of the Center of Lima.
