Propuesta de un método de implementación y seguimiento del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la ley N° 29783 orientado a las pequeñas empresas industriales manufactureras

Abstract

En esta tesis, se dan 2 propuestas fundamentalmente, una para la implementación y otra para el seguimiento de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SGSST) estos orientados a las pequeñas empresas industriales manufactureras de nuestro país, se eligió este sector por su gran número, las dificultades propias de su capacidad económica y administrativa; por otro parte la fortaleza de tener actividades con procesos definidas y constantes en el tiempo el cual ayudará para su adecuado seguimiento y mejora continua. El proceso de implementación y seguimiento del SGSST se resume en un diagrama de flujo con su información de entrada, acciones planificadas, sus procesos reactivos, documentación saliente y los factores de éxito de un SGSST. Finalmente se muestra la estructura del software que sería una herramienta importante desde la implementación hasta el sostenimiento en el tiempo del SGSST. Esta tesis se plantea sobre un supuesto de que las variables de tiempo, responsabilidad, predisposición de las partes interesadas son las pertinentes para el cumplimiento de los objetivos del SGSST.

In this thesis, 2 proposals are basically given, one for the implementation and the other for the tracing of a Health and Safety at Work Management System (SGSST), oriented towards the small industrial manufacturing companies of our country, this sector was chosen by its large number, the difficulties inherent to its economic and administrative capacity; on the other hand, the strength of having activities with defined and constant processes in time which will help for its adequate monitoring and continuous improvement. The process of implementing and monitoring the SGSST is summarized in a flow chart with its input information, planned actions, its reactive processes, outgoing documentation and the success factors of an SGSST. Finally, the structure of the software that would be an important tool from the implementation to the sustainability over time of the SGSST is shown. This thesis is based on the assumption that the variables of time, responsibility, and predisposition of the interested parties are relevant for the fulfillment of the objectives of the SGSST.
