In the first part of this work, we prove that an analogous result to Theorem 2 of [14] still work for cases of actions of non-negative real numbers on a compact metric space. Indeed, the existence of non-transitive points of a semi-flow implies the density of them. Moreover, we will also construct an action of a semigroup on a compact metric space, such that the associated set of non-transitive points is non-empty, but not dense. In the second part, we introduce the notion of topological GH-stability for flow, based on the analogous concept about homeomorphism given in [3], and on the notion about topological stability for flows given in [1]. In [3], Arbieto and Morales define the notion of topological GH-stability for homeomorphisms and they prove that every expansive homeomorphism with the pseudo-orbit tracing property on a compact metric space is topologically GH-stable. In [1], Romeo Thomas mentions a definition of topological stability for flows and he proves that an expansive flow with the shadowing property and without singularities is topologically stable. In this way, we had been motivated to follow the path in [3] and also had been based on [1], we define the topological GH-stability for flows and we prove that an expansive flow on a compact metric space, with the shadowing property, and without singularities is topologically GH-stable.
