Hotel Monserrate 4 estrellas

Abstract

Con la llegada del bicentenario, se busca revalorar la arquitectura de valor histórico que tiene el distrito de Cercado de Lima, tomando como impulso la creciente del flujo turístico en los últimos años siendo Lima un paso obligado por muchos turistas, debido al aeropuerto internacional Jorge Chávez, se proponen un grupo de equipamientos que impulsen la regeneración urbana acompañado de turismo, por ello el proyecto elegido es el Hotel 4 estrellas. El proyecto se encuentra en el barrio de Monserrate, el cual es un barrio estratégico del centro Histórico de Lima, pero ha sido descuidado por décadas dejándolo en una decadencia social, cultural y arquitectónica. Sin embargo, el potencial que posee en conjunto con las zonas aledañas permite proponer una revaloración urbana, cultural histórica y arquitectónica, mediante un conjunto de equipamientos y propuestas urbanas siendo representada en este proyecto de tesis mediante un hotel.

With the arrival of the bicentennial, it seeks to revalue the architecture of historical value that has the district of Cercado de Lima, taking as an impulse the growing tourist flow in recent years being Lima an obligatory step for many tourists, due to the international airport Jorge Chavez, a group of facilities are proposed to promote urban regeneration accompanied by tourism, so the project chosen is the 4-star hotel. The project is located in the Monserrate neighborhood, which is a strategic neighborhood in the historic center of Lima, but has been neglected for decades, leaving it in a social, cultural and architectural decay. However, the potential it has together with the surrounding areas allows proposing an urban, cultural, historical and architectural revaluation, through a set of facilities and urban proposals being represented in this thesis project through a hotel.
