Relación indivisible entre el material y su expresión en la arquitectura multifamiliar miraflorina, año 2010 a 2013

Abstract

Para mí, Miraflores es un distrito único, tiene muchas características particulares, entre ellas el ser cosmopolita, pluricultural, tolerante, amigable y abierta hacia el progreso y la modernidad, etc. Pero además algo que siempre me ha llamado la atención es que es un distrito recorrible a pie al 100%, característica que se ha ido perdiendo sobre todo en los suburbios, donde el protagonista es el auto. Esta particularidad lo hace especial para un arquitecto, es por ello que el siguiente informe muestra la relación que existe entre la arquitectura y su materialidad y a la vez el entorno sobre el cual se desarrolla y tiene influencia, permitiéndonos explorar una arquitectura rica en texturas, colores, olores, sombras, luz, etc. pensando en la ciudad y en el peatón, el usuario por excelencia.

To my point of view, Miraflores is a unique district, because it has many particular and special characteristics, such as being a Cosmopolitan city, multi­ cultural, tolerant, friendly and open to progress and modernity etc. Besides, there is something that has caught my attention, it is a district 100% walkable, important aspect that has been lost through the years especially in the suburs where the protagonist is the car. This makes things special for architects. Therefore, the following report shows the natural bond (relationaship) between and architect and his materials and at the same time shows the environment upon which he develops and have different kind of influences allowing himself to explore the architecture rich in textures, colors, odors, shapes, shadows and light; always thinking about the interest of the city itself and the pedestrian which is the ultimate user.
