Diseño de un centro de operación de red para disminuir el tiempo de respuesta de recuperación para nodos corporativos

Abstract

El presente informe de suficiencia profesional detalla el diseño de un centro de operación de red para disminuir el tiempo de respuesta de recuperación para nodos corporativos para un proveedor de servicios de internet, se analiza todo lo relacionado con el manejo apropiado de la red, partiendo de esto, el trabajo se centra en el desarrollo de una plataforma para el monitoreo y gestión de esta red. Esta plataforma está basada en software y está diseñada para ser modular y adaptable, de forma a soportar posibles mejoras. Este trabajo ha sido dividido en cinco capítulos. En el capítulo 1 se presenta una breve descripción en la introducción del diseño de un centro de operación de red, también se muestra la problemática del proyecto, el objetivo general y los objetivos específicos que se ven en el diseño del tema, y por último vemos los antecedentes que presenta según el tema estudiado con cada autor como referencia. En el capítulo 2 se realiza el marco teórico y el marco conceptual del diseño del servicio de visualización de la operación de red que se utiliza en el diseño. Se realiza todo referente al tema; detallando las variables: independiente y dependiente. También se detalla cada subtema referente al centro de operaciones de red. En el capítulo 3 se realiza el desarrollo del proyecto para el diseño de un centro de operaciones de red, con las funcionalidades del sistema, el enfoque de la arquitectura del centro de operaciones de red, características de la configuración del software de monitoreo (Viewtinet) para brindar el servicio de monitoreo de red avanzado. En el Capítulo 4 se evalúa y analiza el diseño de un centro de operaciones de red para nodos corporativos en los cuales se ingresa los parámetros correspondientes para cada caso del diseño para luego realizar los resultados obtenidos que fueron sometidos a un análisis describiendo el comportamiento de la infraestructura en funcionamiento. Finalmente, en el Capítulo 5 se presenta las conclusiones y recomendaciones obtenidas durante el proyecto de suficiencia profesional de titulación.
