Propuesta metodológica para determinar el costo social de la rehabilitación de vías urbanas en el transporte público urbano

Abstract

La presente Tesis denominada “Propuesta Metodológica Para Determinar el Costo Social de Rehabilitación de Vías Urbanas en el Transporte Público Urbano”, aporta propuestas metodológicas para determinar el Valor Social de Tiempo (VST) y la valoración de los Costos de Operación Vehicular (COV). Para proyectos de transporte se plantea dos métodos de valoración: el primer método, es a partir del análisis estadístico de valoración del ingreso de los usuarios, el segundo, es a través del análisis estadístico de valoración de los egresos de los operadores transportistas. Para determinar la valoración de ambos métodos, como instrumento se ha utilizado el software Estadístico del SPSS. Para el análisis de los resultados de la investigación y contrastación de hipótesis, se plantea el método de inferencia estadística, se desarrolla el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson, la prueba t de Student y la distribución de probabilidad t-Student. Como instrumento se ha utilizado el software Estadístico de SPSS. Se desarrolla una propuesta metodológica para construcción del modelo asignación de transporte, se estructura la ejecución de cinco etapas: (1) Recopilación de la información base sobre la red vial de transporte público y privado, (2) Importación y creación de la red viaria de transporte, (3) Zonificación y conectividad del área de estudio, (4) Creación de la matriz O/D de transporte público, (5) Construcción del modelo de asignación de transporte público. Como instrumento se ha utilizado el software TransCAD. La Tesis, es una contribución al mejoramiento del tránsito y transporte urbano, plantea propuestas de ordenamiento de tránsito y transporte en la ciudad de Ayacucho. Por último, se describe un conjunto de conclusiones y recomendaciones derivadas del análisis desarrollado.

This thesis entitled "Proposed Methodology for Determining the Social Cost of Rehabilitation of Urban Roads in Urban Public Transport" provides methodological proposals to determine the Social Value of Time (VST) and the valuation of Vehicle Operating Costs (VOC). For transportation projects two methods of valuation arises: the first method is based upon statistical analysis of assessment of income of the users, the second is through the statistical analysis of valuation expenses of carriers operators. To determine the value of both methods as a tool was used the SPSS statistical software. For the analysis of the results of research and hypothesis testing, statistical inference method is proposed, the Pearson correlation coefficient, Student's t test and the probability distribution of t-Student develops. Instrument has been used as the statistical software SPSS. A proposal to build the transportation assignment model is developed, the execution structure of five stages: (1) Collection of basic information about the road network of public and private transport, (2) Import and creation of the road network transport, (3) Zoning and connectivity of the study area, (4) Creation of the matrix O / D public transportation, (5) construction allocation model of public transport. As the instrument has been used TransCAD software. The thesis is a contribution to improving traffic and urban transport proposals raises traffic and transport system in the city of Ayacucho. Finally, a set of conclusions and recommendations resulting from the analysis described developed.
