Desarrollo de la ingeniería básica de la nueva línea de transmisión en 60 KV Zorritos-Tumbes

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se desarrolla la ingeniería básica de la nueva línea de transmisión que enlaza la subestación de Zorritos y la subestación de Tumbes, debido al incremento de carga que mantienen las ciudades de Tumbes, Puerto Pizarro y Zarumilla por las actividades langostineras a lo largo de sus costas y el crecimiento de su población. El proyecto prevé la salida a partir de una nueva celda hibrido compacto en 60 kV de la SET Zorritos, saliendo en forma subterránea con cables de potencia por un tramo de 120 metros hasta alcanzar la primera estructura de la nueva línea a Zorritos, luego la traza continua buscando una aproximación por el lado Este de la línea y en forma paralela a la L.T. 60kV Zorritos - Tumbes existente e ingresa a la SET Tumbes por el lado Este, pasando en forma subterránea en un tramo de 250 metros y continuar en forma aérea los últimos 130 metros para el ingreso de la Línea al pórtico de 60 kV de la subestación. Cabe señalar que al implementar la línea subterránea en el tramo de ingreso a la SET Tumbes no afectaría a la línea existente Tumbes - Puerto Pizarro. Del análisis del sistema eléctrico, con el ingreso del proyecto se reduciría la cargabilidad de la línea de transmisión existente, se mejoraría las tensiones en las barras y se reduciría las pérdidas de potencia, con lo cual se tendría una mayor confiabilidad en el servicio. Se tiene un horizonte de proyección de más de 30 años para el mercado eléctrico, a fin de que se disponga de una visión que permita tomar mejores decisiones en el largo plazo.

In this paper, the basic engineering of the new transmission line that links the Zorritos substation and the Tumbes substation is developed, due to the increased load maintained by the cities of Tumbes, Puerto Pizarro and Zarumilla due to shrimp activities throughout of its coasts and the growth of its population. The project foresees the exit from a new compact hybrid cell in 60 kV of the SET Zorritos, leaving underground with power cables for a section of 120 meters until reaching the first structure of the new line to Zorritos, then the trace continue looking for an approach on the east side of the line and parallel to the TL 60kV Zorritos - Tumbes exists and enters the Tumbes SET from the east side, passing underground in a 250-meter section and continuing the last 130 meters aerially to enter the Line to the 60 kV gantry of the substation. It should be noted that by implementing the underground line in the section of entry to the Tumbes SET, it would not affect the existing Tumbes - Puerto Pizarro line. From the analysis of the electrical system, with the entry of the project, the chargeability of the existing transmission line would be reduced, the tensions in the busbars would be improved and the power losses would be reduced, which would have a greater reliability in the service. There is a projection horizon of more than 30 years for the electricity market, in order to have a vision that allows better decisions to be made in the long term.
