Abstract

Desde niño estuve involucrado en obras de construcción bajo la tutela de mi padre sin embargo el diseño era algo que se dejaba mucho de lado ya que en la sociedad donde crecimos bastaba con tener un techo donde dormir, es ahí donde empecé a cuestionarme si en realidad no existían mejores soluciones, debido a estas interrogantes empezó mi viaje por la arquitectura, gracias a las enseñanzas de los profesores de esta casa de estudios aprendí el compromiso social que tenemos con los usuarios, la responsabilidad que como arquitectos tenemos con cada uno de nuestros diseños dándome las herramientas necesarias y transmitiéndome cada una de sus experiencias como profesionales. Gracias a los diferentes cursos que pude desarrollar en los años de estudio que cursé en la facultad pude conocer y entender que el diseño arquitectónico implica muchos aspectos, tales como entender el entorno en el que se desarrolla ya que cada sitio tiene características diferentes (clima, topografía, asoleamiento, vientos, lluvia, etc.), poder expresar nuestras ideas a través de bocetos, planos, 3D y tener en cuenta siempre el programa arquitectónico que se desarrollara respetando las normas vigentes (RNE, Ordenanzas Municipales, Zonificación vigente, etc.). Al egresar pude realizar proyectos de diferentes escalas juntamente con arquitectos e ingenieros, aplicando los conocimientos adquiridos en la facultad y aprendiendo de cada proyecto asignado, los proyectos tenían diferentes tipos de problemática que desarrollar en conjunto con los equipos técnicos de las diferentes especialidades para lograr compatibilizar todos los planos del proyecto y poder solucionar cualquier contingencia antes de su presentación. Este informe contiene los proyectos más relevantes donde pude participar desde la concepción de la idea general, conocer el terreno y conversar con el usuario para poder saber sus necesidades, realizar bocetos tomando en cuenta el entorno (orientación, clima, topografía, etc.), realizar planos (plantas, cortes, elevaciones), representaciones 3D e incluso maquetas, coordinar con los especialistas para compatibilizar los planos y una vez aprobados poder supervisar el progreso de la construcción garantizando un proyecto integral el cual cumple con todas las normas y los más altos estándares constructivos (cimentación, estructuras, albañilería, instalaciones, acabados).

Since I was a child I was involved in construction works under my father's tutelage, however design was something that was left to one side since in the society where we grew up it was enough to have a roof to sleep in, that's where I began to question myself if it was really there were better solutions, due to these questions my journey through architecture began, thanks to the teachings of the professors of this house of studies I learned the social commitment that we have with the users, the responsibility that as architects we have with each one of our designs and They gave me the necessary tools transmitting each of their experiences as professionals. Thanks to the different courses that I was able to take during my years of study at the university, I was able to know and understand that architectural design involves many aspects, such as understanding the environment in which it takes place, since each site has different characteristics (climate, topography, sunlight, winds, rain, etc.), being able to express our ideas through sketches, plans, 3D and always taking into account the architectural program that will be developed respecting current regulations (RNE, Municipal Ordinances, current Zoning, etc. ). Upon graduating I was able to carry out projects of different scales together with architects and engineers, using the knowledge acquired in the faculty and learning from each assigned project, which have different types of problems to develop together with the technical teams of the different specialties, to achieve make all the plans of the project compatible and be able to solve any contingency before its presentation. This report contains the most relevant projects where I was able to participate from the conception of the general idea, get to know the terrain and talk with the user to find out their needs, make sketches taking into account the environment (orientation, climate, topography, etc.), make plans (plans, sections, elevations), 3D representations and even models, coordinate with specialists to make the plans compatible and, once approved, be able to supervise the progress of the construction, guaranteeing a comprehensive project which complies with all the highest standards construction standards (foundations, structures, masonry, installations, finishes).
