Diseño y construcción de indicadores de evaluación y seguimiento del Sector Interior mediante una herramienta de Business Intelligence, orientado a la toma de decisiones de la alta dirección

Abstract

En el presente documento se presenta una herramienta estadística basada en el business Intelligence que permite automatizar los indicadores de monitoreo y control del Ministerio del Interior a usarse por la alta dirección del mismo, realizado en primer lugar mediante la construcción de indicadores según la guía de indicadores del CEPLAN, para luego proceder a realizar una automatización mediante tableros de control usando el software POWE BI, el cual permite a la alta dirección tener información en cualquier momento y en cualquier dispositivo electrónico. Con ello se ha logrado tener fácil acceso a la información, tener información oportuna y rápida y bajar la burocratización del acceso a la información con la que se cuenta en ciertas ocasiones en el estado.

In the present work, a statistical tool based on business intelligence is presented that allows automating the monitoring and control indicators of the Ministry of the Interior to be used by its senior management, carried out in the first place by building indicators according to the indicator guide. of CEPLAN, to then proceed to carry out an automation through control panels using the POWE BI software, which allows senior management to have information at any time and on any electronic device. With this, it has been possible to have easy access to information, to have timely and fast information and to reduce the bureaucratization of access to information that is available on certain occasions in the state.
