Supervisión eficaz y reducción de incidentes laborales en una empresa minera

Abstract

En esta investigación el objetivo general fue: Dar a conocer cómo la supervisión efectiva reduce los incidentes laborales en la empresa minera ARCASAC, 2020. La supervisión, permite el logro de resultados, porque brinda las facilidades para que las actividades se logren de acuerdo con una programación, permitiendo que la dirección logre sus objetivos y la empresa sea productiva. Resolver el problema de exposición a riesgos y beneficiar a la empresa evitando que pierdan la vida de sus trabajadores y además dinero en reparaciones civiles de la salud y mantenimiento reactivo de equipos y maquinaria. Fue una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, puesto que se describe la causa de los incidentes y se analiza las variables de estudio, estos serán enumerados y medidos y se sometidos a criterios de confiabilidad y de validez. Y tipo descriptivo dado que presenta las características de comportamiento de las variables supervisión eficaz y reducción de incidentes. Se encuentra un 56% de aceptación de la gestión de seguridad en la empresa, por lo cual se debe cimentar esta relación en base a capacitación y supervisión de la alta gerencia para convocar al cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales y sobre todo a la seguridad de los colaboradores que son el eje de la productividad en la industria en general.
