| Abstract: | El proyecto que se desarrolla para optar el título de arquitecta, es de un conjunto residencial ubicado en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho. Se plantean edificios de vivienda de 5 y 8 pisos, con departamentos que oscilan entre los 56 y 80 m2 aproximadamente, orientados a cubrir la demanda insatisfecha del sector económico medio, bajo el programa MiVivienda. The project developed for the title of architect, is a residential complex located in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. Residential buildings 5 and 8 floors raised, with departments ranging between about 56 and 80 m2, to cover the unmet demand of average economic Sector, with the program MiVivienda. |
